Refund policy

1. Overview

Alchemy subscriptions are billed and managed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, refund processing, and dispute resolution on our behalf.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account reverts to the Free tier when the billing period ends and Free tier limits apply

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not issued for:

• Partial months of service after cancellation (you retain access until the end of the billing period)
• Dissatisfaction with generated responses (we recommend trying the Free tier first)
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date
