Delete your account

What deletion does

Deleting your Alchemy account permanently and irreversibly removes your profile, uploaded files and notes, psychometric results, and all chat history. Interaction logs are anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you. There is no recovery period: once confirmed, your data is gone.

Paid subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately with Paddle, our payment provider, before or after deleting.

How to delete your account

Deletion is self-serve and works in any browser. You do not need the mobile app.

1. Sign in at alchemyleadership.ai
2. Open your Profile
3. Scroll to Wipe My Data
4. Select Withdraw & Wipe All My Data and type your username to confirm

The Android and iOS apps use the same account, so deleting here removes your data from every device.

If you cannot sign in

Email alchemy@alchemyleadership.ai from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We will verify it is you, then run the same purge.

Deleting less than everything

You can delete individual files and conversations at any time from within the app without closing your account.
